Common questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a free trial — 14 days on Starter and 30 days on Team, Pro and Elite. You can change plans or cancel at any time.
Do I need a computer, or does it work on my phone?
Both. Flows Jobs runs on iPhone and Android, and the business web portal works in any browser on a computer. Business owners can manage everything there, and team members with the Admin or Accountant role can sign in to the web portal too — admins to run bookings, jobs, quotes and invoices, accountants to review invoices, reports and timesheets. Employees use the mobile app.
How do customers find my business?
Once your ABN is verified and your business is approved, you appear in the Flows Jobs customer app where people can browse by category and book your services directly.
What is the booking fee?
A small fixed fee per completed booking (from $1.49 to $2.99 depending on your plan) is deducted from your prepaid Currents balance. There is no percentage commission on your jobs.
Can my staff use it?
Yes. Invite team members by email as an Employee, Admin or Accountant. Each role gets its own scoped access in the app.
